About the role
Manage subsidy data for compliance units using spreadsheets and NC FAST system. Provide customer service and support data accuracy for program reporting.
What you’ll do
• Use spreadsheets to organize and analyze compliance data. • Retrieve and review data from Client Services Data Warehouse. • Enter and update subsidy case info in NC FAST. • Respond to data inquiries from staff and partners. • Generate data reports for internal and external customers.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED plus two years related experience. • Experience with Excel at intermediate or higher level. • Familiarity with web-based data systems. • Proven customer service skills. • Accurate data entry and report preparation.
