About the role
Supervise daily store operations and lead sales team to meet targets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
What you’ll do
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints. • Enforce company policies and discipline among staff. • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper arrangement. • Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness. • Prepare daily sales reports and report to management.
What you’ll bring
• Strong leadership and communication skills. • 2-3 years experience as Supervisor or Store Manager. • B.Sc. in any relevant field. • Proximity to Victoria Island or Lekki Phase 1 preferred. • Good with numbers and basic computer skills.
