Supply Chain Coordinator Import & Port Clearance

About the role
Manage imports from order to warehouse ensuring timely delivery, lowest landed cost, and compliance. Act as main link with NPA, Customs, SON, NAFDAC, terminals, and shipping lines.
What you’ll do
• Process Form M and follow up PAAR with Customs. • Obtain SONCAP certificates and NAFDAC import permits. • Coordinate clearing agents through duty payment and release. • Liaise with NPA, terminals, shipping lines, and clearing agents. • Minimize demurrage and arrange haulage to warehouse.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. • 3-5 years in Nigerian import operations or freight forwarding. • Experience with Form M, PAAR, SONCAP and NAFDAC processes. • Track record clearing cargo at Apapa, Tin Can or Lekki ports. • Knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms and Customs platforms.
