Supply Chain Coordinator Import And Port Clearance

About the role
Manage imports from order to warehouse ensuring timely delivery, lowest landed cost, and compliance. Act as main link with NPA, Customs, SON, NAFDAC, terminals, and shipping lines.
What you’ll do
• Process Form M through authorized dealer bank and follow up PAAR with Customs. • Obtain SONCAP certificates and NAFDAC import permits and coordinate port inspections. • Coordinate clearing agents through duty payment, examination and release. • Liaise with NPA, terminal operators, shipping lines and clearing agents on vessel arrival and container release. • Minimize demurrage, storage and detention charges and arrange haulage to warehouse.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field. • 3–5 years in Nigerian import operations or freight forwarding. • Experience with Form M, PAAR, SONCAP and NAFDAC processes. • Track record clearing cargo at Apapa, Tin Can or Lekki ports with NPA and Customs contacts. • Knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms and Customs platforms; strong Excel skills.
