About the role
Manage sourcing and procurement of foodstuffs and kitchen supplies for offshore and onshore locations. Maintain vendor lists and negotiate prices and terms.
What you’ll do
• Source and procure foodstuffs and kitchen consumables. • Identify and maintain approved vendor list. • Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate terms. • Raise and follow up on Local Purchase Orders. • Ensure compliance with catering hygiene standards.
What you’ll bring
• 5-10 years industrial catering experience. • Experience in similar industry. • Understanding of menu planning and recipes. • Good English communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
