About the role
Manage procurement, supplier relations, and stock control to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with ACF procedures.
What you’ll do
• Manage orders and supplies according to ACF procedures. • Maintain supplier data and update price and supplier lists. • Follow up on supplier payments and validate invoices. • Manage stock quality, quantities, and inventory reports. • Ensure compliance with ACF policies including gender and safeguarding.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in related field. • At least 2 years experience in supply chain or procurement. • Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain management. • Familiarity with LINK procurement tool. • Strong MS Office and communication skills.
