About the role
Provide premier technical support for Salesforce Industries and Revenue Cloud products. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex technical challenges and improve customer success.
What you’ll do
• Deliver premier-level technical support with strong customer handling. • Partner with AE, TAM, CSM and Product teams. • Create high-quality technical investigations and meet KPIs. • Respond to escalations in a 24/7 global support environment. • Assist developers troubleshooting Salesforce APIs and developer products.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field. • 2-6 years Salesforce engineering/programming experience. • 2 years hands-on with Industries or Revenue Cloud products. • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Developer. • Strong skills in LWC, Apex, JSON, XML, and web services.
