Support Engineer

About the role
Provide world-class developer support for Supabase users experiencing issues or seeking guidance. Work closely with product engineering and growth teams to minimize time to fix.
What you’ll do
• Provide timely responses to support cases. • Triage support cases and escalate as needed. • Monitor feedback channels like GitHub Issues. • Identify tooling improvements for support efficiency. • Reproduce issues and improve test coverage.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years developer support experience. • Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL. • Excellent English communication skills. • Skilled with Linux/Unix and command line. • Experienced with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
