About the role
Provide high-volume support for account access, billing, and plan questions. Use macros and AI tools to resolve tickets accurately and quickly.
What you’ll do
• Resolve high-volume tickets on account access and billing. • Use macros and AI suggestions to close tickets. • Route complex issues to Tier 2 or Enterprise support. • Flag recurring questions for new macros.
What you’ll bring
• Clear, accurate written communication. • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work. • 0-2 years in customer-facing or process-driven roles. • Curious to learn product and help docs. • Experience with Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus.
