About the role
Provide technical support for Intelerad's radiology IT systems across healthcare facilities. Diagnose and resolve issues impacting patient care and clinical workflows.
What you’ll do
• Deliver technical support for RIS, PACS, and VNA systems. • Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose issues. • Support healthcare interoperability standards like DICOM, HL7, IHE. • Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions. • Handle sensitive patient data per privacy regulations.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in Healthcare IT or related technical field. • Knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and imaging workflows. • Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, IHE standards. • Experience with Windows Server and SQL or Oracle databases. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
