Systems Analyst, Payer Encounter Management Platform

About the role
Support enterprise customers with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational management of the Encounter Management Platform. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployments.
What you’ll do
• Support encounter data reporting for EDPS, RAPS, EDGE server. • Conduct gap analysis and data validation. • Analyze and reconcile claims and encounter data. • Partner with Product Support and development teams. • Host troubleshooting sessions and deliver customer support.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Health IT or related field. • 2+ years in Risk Adjustment data management. • Knowledge of claims data and CMS submissions. • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues. • Familiarity with EDI standards and SQL scripts a plus.
