About the role
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of complex defense systems as the principal technical authority. Architect system strategies and govern compliance across multiple programs.
What you’ll do
• Serve as site technical authority for systems engineering. • Define and govern requirements management strategy. • Lead system architecture and verification frameworks. • Own site risk management and technical baseline. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with extensive experience. • Familiarity with MDA processes and CDRL development. • Expert in requirements management tools like DOORS. • Knowledge of INCOSE SE Handbook and MIL-STD-499. • Experience with MBSE using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler.
