About the role
Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing background checks, and communicating with candidates. Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
What you’ll do
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across the network. • Initiate video, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens. • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams. • Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed. • Maintain data integrity in ATS and document recruitment process.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or proven experience in HR or related field. • Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition activities. • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. • Excellent prioritization and communication skills. • Fluency in English; French and Spanish a plus.
