About the role
Lead staffing efforts to attract and screen talent for Data Center Operations. Manage recruitment processes and candidate experience for a 4-5 month contract.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with managers to draft job descriptions. • Post jobs and manage advertisements. • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. • Screen candidates and recommend to hiring team. • Maintain recruiting databases and ATS.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center preferred. • Five years managing recruitment process preferred. • Bilingual French/English required. • Experience with ATS (Lever) preferred.
