About the role
Support the growing team by proactively sourcing and recruiting talent in the games industry. Work closely with founders and leads to build a strong candidate pipeline for art and technical roles.
What you’ll do
• Actively search candidates on LinkedIn, ArtStation, and communities. • Manage candidates through ATS (Teamtailor). • Conduct screening calls and evaluate skills and mindset. • Collaborate with founders and team leads on hiring needs. • Continuously refine recruitment approach based on feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Experience recruiting in games industry. • Strong understanding of gamedev art and technical roles. • Proactive sourcing and headhunting skills. • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Teamtailor. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
