About the role
Identify, attract, and hire top talents while managing the entire recruitment process. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement candidate search and hiring strategies. • Collaborate with Sourcing team on sourcing channels. • Conduct interviews with qualitative skill assessments. • Cooperate with hiring managers to select best fit. • Prepare recruitment activity reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years recruitment experience including IT and marketing/sales. • Global recruitment experience, focus on Europe, US a plus. • Proven experience closing C-level roles. • Knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and channels. • Fluent English, proactive with AI and automation.
