What you’ll bring
• 5+ years recruitment experience including technical or sales hiring. • Organised and persuasive with candidate data. • Degree in HR, business or social sciences. • CIPM certification is an advantage. • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Nigerian job boards.
