About the role
Manage recruitment activities for SISI HR Consulting and its clients. Support business growth and client acquisition efforts.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain candidate database. • Work with clients to understand hiring needs. • Maintain communication with clients and candidates. • Prepare recruitment reports and updates. • Develop sourcing strategies and manage recruitment end-to-end.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3 years experience in talent acquisition. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field. • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Good organizational and communication skills.
