About the role
Own the top of the hiring funnel by sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates for sales, G&A, and R&D roles. Work closely with recruiting and hiring managers to maintain strong candidate pipelines.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for sales territories. • Source candidates for finance, operations, people, product, and engineering roles. • Write and run personalized outreach on LinkedIn and email. • Conduct first-round phone screens and assess candidate fit. • Report weekly on pipeline health and share market insights.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years sourcing or recruiting experience. • Experience sourcing sales roles across multiple regions. • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS. • Ability to write personalized outreach messages. • Track and adjust approach based on data.
