About the role
Lead a team of site reliability engineers to ensure system reliability and scalability. Design reliability architecture and mentor engineers.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor Senior and Associate SREs. • Conduct code reviews and technical workshops. • Refine incident management and lead escalations. • Set technical direction and define reliability standards. • Partner to define Service Level Objectives and enforce system visibility.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in SRE or Backend Engineering. • 2+ years in Lead or Senior role mentoring others. • Expert in Java, Go, Rust, or Python. • Experience with observability strategies and telemetry stack. • Strong communication and distributed systems expertise. • Deep knowledge of GCP or AWS and Kubernetes.
