About the role
Lead the end-to-end experience for independent contractors joining, transitioning, and exiting Moniepoint. Design and manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring clarity, respect, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Set vision and roadmap for onboarding and offboarding. • Lead and develop a high-performing team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth transitions. • Standardize and scale lifecycle processes using automation. • Ensure compliance with governance and labor laws.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years HR or People Operations experience. • Experience in onboarding and offboarding workflows. • Knowledge of HR systems and automation tools. • Familiarity with employment compliance standards. • Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred.
