About the role
Own customer success post-sale for commercial customers, providing technical guidance and solving problems. Balance hands-on support with scalable programs to help customers adopt Socket successfully.
What you’ll do
• Own post sales relationship as main contact and technical advisor. • Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers. • Investigate and resolve integration and compatibility issues. • Conduct architecture reviews and security posture assessments. • Bring technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years in technical customer-facing role. • 1+ years as dedicated customer contact with quarterly health checks. • Background in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Linux systems. • Experience with developer tooling and CI/CD platforms. • Ability to read and reason about code (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript).
