About the role
Develop and facilitate training sessions while maintaining technical training records. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programmes.
What you’ll do
• Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions. • Maintain technical training records and documentation. • Plan and coordinate training programmes. • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and reporting skills. • Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in training or technical instruction.
