About the role
Provide technical leadership for real estate development, construction, and property projects. Oversee project delivery, due diligence, compliance, procurement, and facilities management.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical planning and delivery of construction projects. • Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility assessments. • Coordinate statutory approvals and regulatory documentation. • Supervise procurement and facility managers. • Prepare technical reports and strategic recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or construction field. • Minimum 3 years experience in construction or property development. • Knowledge of Nigerian Land Use Act and regulatory compliance. • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. • COREN registration required for engineers.
