About the role
Provide technical leadership across real estate development, construction, and property projects. Oversee project delivery, regulatory compliance, construction quality, procurement, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement technical SOPs and quality assurance processes. • Coordinate statutory approvals and regulatory documentation. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams. • Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility assessments. • Supervise procurement and facility managers ensuring compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or construction discipline. • PMP or project management certification is an advantage. • Experience in real estate, construction, or property development. • COREN registration required for engineering professionals. • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction or technical operations.
