About the role
Support a large-scale CRM transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Act as liaison between business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
What you’ll do
• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and needs. • Lead requirements discovery and documentation. • Support design and implementation in Dynamics 365 CRM. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment. • Support SDLC and Agile delivery processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years as Business or Technical Business Analyst. • Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience. • Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation. • Experience with full SDLC and Agile practices. • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
