About the role
Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction in technical equipment industries.
What you’ll do
• Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Maintain records of complaints, service activities, warranty claims. • Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations. • Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, and warranty claims.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. • 2–4 years experience in customer or after-sales service. • Experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment. • Knowledge of warranty management and complaint resolution. • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business or Engineering.
