About the role
Support Fresh Prints' supply chain by developing accurate sewing patterns for garment production. Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure quality and fit.
What you’ll do
• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from technical specs and samples. • Create and maintain pattern grading for size ranges. • Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and construction. • Collaborate with teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot issues. • Maintain accurate pattern files and technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years garment pattern making experience. • Strong knowledge of garment construction and fitting. • Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software. • Ability to interpret technical packs and sketches. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
