About the role
Manage and organize technical documents and samples using eSEARCH software. Ensure document preservation and quality control of reports.
What you’ll do
• Identify and tag duplicate reports for deletion. • Scan and upload paper logs into database. • Organize storage and management of collections. • Perform quality control and format data for databases. • Index, scan, and barcode incoming documents.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience as log digitizer and archivist. • B.Sc or HND in Sciences or Computer Science. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Good English and report writing skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and quality assurance.
