About the role
Lead technical readiness for Customer Engineering teams including Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers. Build scalable training programs and keep teams current with product updates.
What you’ll do
• Own technical onboarding for Sales Engineers and other Customer Engineering roles. • Build hands-on labs and certification paths. • Maintain and audit technical knowledge base. • Listen to calls and identify training needs. • Create field-ready materials for new releases.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in technical customer-facing or enablement roles. • Experience running demos, POCs, deployments, escalations. • Built training content used independently by others. • Use AI tools to build and maintain content. • Knowledge of software development tools and processes.
