Technical Facility Manager

About the role
Oversee facility operations and carry out routine maintenance and repairs. Ensure efficient operation of building systems and equipment.
What you’ll do
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance schedules. • Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC faults. • Monitor generators, pumps, water treatment systems. • Maintain asset registers and maintenance reports. • Coordinate contractors and ensure safety compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. • OND/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related. • Minimum 3 years relevant experience. • Good organisational and communication skills. • Experience in facility or building maintenance preferred.
