What you’ll do
• Manage network faults and resolution. • Diagnose and correct hardware, software, and configuration issues. • Install and troubleshoot telecom network equipment. • Modify circuitry to improve network performance. • Manage escalated tickets timely and effectively.
What you’ll bring
• Postgraduate degree or certification in telecom or engineering is a plus. • Willing to work anywhere in Nigeria. • 0–2 years experience in telecommunications. • Good MS Office knowledge is an advantage. • 1st or 2nd Class Upper degree in Electrical/Electronic or Telecom Engineering. • Completed NYSC.
