About the role
Manage technical partnerships by onboarding and supporting integration partners using Apaleo's APIs. Help partners build and improve integrations for hospitality tech.
What you’ll do
• Onboard new integration partners from first contact to go-live. • Explain Apaleo APIs and best use cases to partners. • Certify apps for Apaleo Store and recommend improvements. • Monitor partner API performance and resolve support tickets. • Write and update developer documentation and guides.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in hospitality or travel tech roles. • Understanding of hotel tech ecosystem and data flows. • Confidence in technical conversations about APIs. • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people. • Experience managing technology partners or external stakeholders.
