About the role
Manage end-to-end deployment programs for Sierra's AI platform in enterprise cloud environments. Establish playbooks and scale the technical program management function.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end program plan for customer cloud deployments. • Drive execution across multiple customer teams. • Translate technical requirements into actionable plans. • Run deployment operating cadence and status updates. • Partner with internal teams to improve deployment processes.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in technical program or infrastructure management. • Strong technical foundation in infrastructure or backend programs. • Ability to manage complex enterprise organizations. • Clear, structured communication skills. • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
