About the role
Lead and manage complex, large-scale customer programs for AI-powered industrial control systems. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer programs. • Lead program strategy, planning, and risk mitigation. • Serve as primary customer-facing program leader. • Coordinate with engineering and product teams. • Manage high-complexity engagements independently.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years technical program or project management experience. • Experience leading large-scale, complex customer programs. • Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences. • Expertise in industrial controls, HVAC, or AI applications. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
