About the role
Manage integrated delivery roadmap and coordinate cross-team alignment for software product lines. Ensure structured release schedules and visibility into engineering capacity and dependencies.
What you’ll do
• Own integrated delivery roadmap across product lines. • Establish and maintain dependable release schedule. • Drive program kickoffs, milestone reviews, and retrospectives. • Map and track cross-team dependencies and escalate blockers. • Build program dashboards and produce executive status updates.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years program/project management in software. • Proven track record improving release predictability. • Strong dependency mapping and risk management skills. • Communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical executives. • Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools.
