About the role
Lead recruitment for technical roles and manage day-to-day HR operations remotely. Build candidate pipelines and create HR processes to support team performance.
What you’ll do
• Lead recruitment for consultants and software developers. • Manage onboarding and employee coordination. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines. • Coordinate screening, interviews, and offers. • Create HR processes and performance expectations.
What you’ll bring
• Previous placements of senior or lead engineers. • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical communities. • At least 2 years technical recruiting experience. • Experience with Nigerian or international remote hiring. • Strong spoken and written English.
