About the role
Manage day-to-day service activities for the industrial refrigeration department. Coordinate maintenance, service calls, and installations.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules. • Assign technicians to service calls by skill set. • Verify and ensure work orders completion. • Record and process technicians' hours for payroll. • Coordinate training for technicians and customers.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems is an asset. • Experience in dispatching/scheduling assets. • 1 to 2 years team coordination experience. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. • Strong communication in French; English is an asset.
