• Provide technical support for Castrol products and applications. • Respond to technical queries quickly and effectively. • Develop technical services to improve customer satisfaction. • Provide technical training to sales, customers, and distributors. • Support new product launches and product optimization.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years experience in lubricants industry. • Knowledge of lubricants and oil industry test standards. • Strong report writing and analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
