About the role
Provide technical services to strategic accounts focusing on dairy production and customer success. Collaborate with commercial, genetic, and technical teams to improve customer performance and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute Technical Service Strategy for strategic accounts. • Identify technical opportunities to optimize customer profitability. • Implement technical solutions and train farm employees and ABS personnel. • Monitor progress and impact of technical solutions and training. • Prepare reports and present data to strategic customers and ABS personnel.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Veterinary, Dairy, Animal Science or Agriculture. • 3-5 years technical experience in dairy reproductive and herd management. • Experience in training/coaching personnel. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Knowledge of dairy management and basic software.
