About the role
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and drive product engagement from onboarding to adoption. Investigate and resolve technical issues while collaborating cross-functionally.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries. • Interact with customers via email and video. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams. • Troubleshoot complex integration issues. • Develop technical documentation.
