About the role
Oversee technical supervision and maintenance of OSV vessels ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance. Manage vessel maintenance, repairs, budgets, dry-docking, inspections, and technical documentation.
What you’ll do
• Manage technical performance and maintenance of vessels. • Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements onboard. • Manage vessel OPEX/CAPEX budgets and cost optimization. • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and technical interventions. • Liaise with Classification Societies and manage technical inspections.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent CoC Class 1. • 2-4 years shore-based Technical Superintendent experience. • Strong sailing background as Chief or Second Engineer. • Proficient in CMMS and technical reporting. • Experience managing vessel budgets and procurement.
