About the role
Provide weekend technical support to help customers build and scale their apps. Resolve issues, improve platform, maintain knowledge base, and handle incidents.

• Resolve customer app issues including bugs and integrations. • Improve product/platform to prevent recurring issues. • Maintain public and internal documentation. • Automate support workflows. • Manage platform incidents and customer communication.
