Provide world-class hardware and software support to customers as part of Tier 2 support. Troubleshoot complex issues and improve support processes.

• Become expert on Samsara’s IoT product portfolio. • Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity issues. • Respond timely to meet SLA goals. • Author and maintain customer knowledge base articles. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. in Computer Science or technical field. • Minimum 5 years technical support experience. • Fluent English required. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Experience with APIs and mobile apps.
