About the role
Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in welding or painting & blasting. Develop trainees' technical knowledge, practical skills, safety awareness, and professional attitude for industrial and oil & gas environments.
What you’ll do
• Deliver theoretical and practical training to trainees. • Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments. • Demonstrate techniques and supervise hands-on activities. • Assess trainees' knowledge and competence. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
What you’ll bring
• HND/B.Sc./B.Ed in a technical discipline. • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience. • Professional/technical certifications in welding or painting/blasting. • Strong practical knowledge and training experience. • Good communication and assessment skills.
