About the role
Join Zone & Co as a part-time Technical Writer to update and expand the ZonePayroll Knowledge Base and create onboarding modules. Collaborate with Support, Product, and Development teams to improve content for human and AI users.
What you’ll do
• Audit and prioritize Knowledge Base content gaps. • Interpret Jira tickets for product changes. • Reorganize Knowledge Base for better findability. • Update and write articles with SME input. • Create onboarding modules with multimedia content.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in related field. • 3+ years technical writing for Help Center content. • 2+ years developing on-demand learning content. • Experience with Jira and multimedia content creation. • Based in Australia with right to work.
