About the role
Join Five9 as a Senior Telecom Engineer supporting cloud operations with VoIP, SIP, and RTP expertise. Provide 24/7 production support and telecom network management.
What you’ll do
• Interface with customer telecom engineers and IT teams. • Support telecommunications network and troubleshoot issues. • Escalate and resolve critical alerts from Network Operations Center. • Create technical documentation and call flow drawings. • Deploy new services and manage telecom vendors.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years telecom engineer experience with VoIP/SIP. • Knowledge of voice/data communications and SIP, TCP/IP, MPLS. • Experience with ribbon SBCs and PSX. • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. • Ability to maintain 99.99% SLA for telephony environment.
