About the role
The Telemarketer will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote products, generate leads, and support sales conversion.
What you’ll do
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. • Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets. • Schedule appointments and sales meetings where necessary. • Submit daily and weekly telemarketing reports.
What you’ll bring
• SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree. • Clear speaking voice and good listening skills. • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain customer records. • Excellent telephone communication skills. • Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.
