• Advise customers on loan comparison by phone and in writing. • Support customers from initial contact to contract completion. • Conduct thorough needs analysis to find optimal loan offers. • Help customers fulfill their wishes without cold calling. • Use modern communication tools and digital closing options.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in customer contact or sales. • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner. • High reliability and engaged work ethic. • Motivation to develop and grow in sales. • Fluent German in spoken and written form. • Preferably completed commercial training.
