About the role
The role involves engaging customers to close sales, processing loan transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The executive will drive customer acquisition and maintain relationships to meet sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Provide feedback on customer needs and processes. • Process loan transactions per company policies. • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints. • Deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs. • Drive customer acquisition through leads and sales.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. Degree in any field. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • 0–2 years relevant work experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven.
Life at TeamAce
Work includes shifts with some evening shifts allowing work-from-home. Candidates may work Saturdays depending on shifts.
